Nepal Bank’s CIT to issue share; What is the minimum price for the share?

Citizens Investment Trust (CIT) owned by Nepal Bank Ltd. will be issusing 468,828 shares.
According to the information issued by the bank, a minimum of 100 lots can be applied for in this share, which is priced at Rs 1,502 per unit. The bank has stated that the existing founders or individuals, companies, associations and institutions who are willing to purchase the shares will be eligible.
Interested existing founders or individuals, companies, associations, institutions can reach NIBL S Capital Limited, Lazimpat, Kathmandu till Chaitra 17 and submit the application through seal bidding with all the details at the rate they want to take.
