NIC Asia Bank to auction the shares of Mero Microfinance

The shares of the Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., owned by NIC Asia Bank, will be sold at auction.
The company published the notice that it was going to sell 589,438 shares of the founder group of Mero Microfinance from today (Wednesday). Existing founders or any individual company or organization willing to purchase the shares can submit bids till Baisakh 7.
The minimum value of the share has been prescribed to Rs. 437. The applicant has to bid by quoting the specified price or more. The company has informed that there is no limit for maximum number of shares while submitting bids for the purchase of the shares, where the minimum no. of shares to be purchase is 100 lots.
