25 million founder shares of Sanima Bank for sale

A founding shareholder of Sanima Bank Limited has opened sale of shares in his name from today.

The 25 million shares in the name of founder Dr. Niraj Govind Shrestha are about to be sold.

Founders wishing to purchase shares can apply at Sanima Bank’s head office in Kathmandu within 35 days of June 20 Only founding shareholders can apply within the stipulated period. The shareholders have stated that they can apply on the basis of minimum Rs. 200.

The bank has stated that the sale will be opened to the general investors if no application is received from any of the founders during this period.
