1.4% out of total population got Covid-19 vaccine in Nepal

The government of Nepal has become successful to provide Covid-19 vaccines to 1.4% of the total Nepal’s population.
According to the government, 40 million Twenty Nine Thousand Seven hundred and Five (429,705) population that is 1.4% of the Central Bureau of Statistics’ projected population of the country were given Covishield jabs. The vaccination started from January 27, 2021 in the country.
According to the data, provided by The Department of Health Services under the Ministry, 85.65 percent of the first-priority group have been vaccinated so far on Wednesday.
