Mayakhola Hydropower to issue IPO’s worth 24 crore; Prabhu Capital is the sales manager

Mayakhola Hydropower Company Limited is going to issue an IPO worth Rs. 24 crore.

The company has raised 24 lakh IPOs at the face value of Rs 100 each are to be issued. The company is constructing a 14.9 MW project at Mayakhola in Dharmadevi municipality of Sankhuwasabha district. The physical progress of this project is 60 percent complete.

Meanwhile, the company has appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the IPO issuer and sales manager. The appointment agreement was signed by Bijaya Man Sherchan, Executive Chairman of Mayakhola Hydropower and Dinesh Thakali, Managing Director of Prabhu Capital.
